FLOOD ZONE FOR YACHT CLUB

The Yacht Club is located in a zone "B."  As a result, there is no flood insurance requirements for any units at the Yacht Club.  If you insurance company is asking for proof of flood insurance, please send them this .pdf attachment showing the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) determination.  You will see flood zone "B" for every building including the clubhouse.  Any residence zoned "B" does not require flood insurance.
