Good afternoon from the Yacht Club on the Intracoastal. Please listen to this message in its entirety as it contains important information about the election and the transition to self management. We also want to remind you that you can view this message and all past messages on the official Association website
www.tychypoluxo.com . Go to the bottom of the home page and click on the link that says “Community News and Information.” You will be directed to a bulletin board set up that contains different categories of posts including our phone blasts, minutes of meetings, agendas, etc.
The election of two Board members was held last night and we want to congratulate Thomas Notarianni and Theodore Weiss for regaining their positions on the Board of Directors. The Board will henceforth have its meetings at the Clubhouse on the 3rd Thursday of each month starting in January 2009. You will receive an exact schedule in the next mailing and on the website.
We also want to wish everyone a Happy and Healthy Holiday Season. The Yacht Club office will be open for half a day on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, and closed on Christmas and New Years Day. Our new Property Manager, Steven Best, will be starting on Monday December 29th.
Your Board wants to put improved communication at the top of its priority list for 2009. In order to facilitate this, you will be receiving a mailing that contains an information sheet and a return envelope. You will be asked for your best mailing address, phone number for phone blasts, and email address for email alerts. You will have the option of not receiving either or both if you wish. We encourage you to give this information so it will be easier to keep in touch with you. The Board will also be working on a newsletter that will be available through our Association web site.
