Dear Owners and Tenants

Here is a list of actions taken today:

1. The staff and I photographed all of the damage to TYC trees, fences, etc.
2. We placed cones and caution tape where necessary, so please stay clear of those areas.
3. We were able to open all of the dumpsters with damaged doors to allow the trash to be picked up.
4. We removed all foreign matter from the pool(s) and added sufficient chlorine to shock ...

I drove and walked the property this morning. I did identify some minor damage. The damage didn’t look to be structural to the naked eye, but once the maintenance staff has a look we will know more. Here’s what we know so far on Mon., Sept. 11, 2017.

Curfew lifted

Palm Beach County curfew is being lifted effective as of 8 a.m. It will remain lifted during daylight hours. But, it will be in effect dusk to dawn until further notice.

The National Weather Service has issues a hurricane watch for Palm Beach County. Hurricane Irma is currently a Category 5 storm with sustained winds of over 180 miles per hour and is currently forecast to make direct landfall. Hurricane Irma is a large storm and has the potential for severe damage. Therefore, the following actions are required by you no later than today, Thursday, September 7, 2017.
