About The Yacht Club on the Intracoastal

The Yacht Club is located in the Town of Hypoluxo.  West Palm beach is a short 15 minute drive to the North with Delray Beach and Boca Raton 15 minutes to the South.   The Yacht Club on the Intracoastal consists of 380 units in a garden style community on 26-acres of waterfront property.  Among the 380 residences there are 116 two-bedroom one-bath condominiums,  168 two-bedroom two-bath condominiums, 32 three-bedroom two-bath condominiums, 36 two-bedroom two-bath townhomes, and 28 three-bedroom three-bath townhomes.

The Yacht Club on the Intracoastal association has a five-person Board consisting of owners as well as four functioning committees: Finance Committee, Landscaping Committee, Social Committee, and Marina Committee.

The community was built in 1995 but has recently undergone a substantial renovation including a fully-renovated clubhouse which features an elegant social room with a bar, a state-of-the-art fitness club, a business center with internet access and computers, and a private theater featuring plush stadium seating, a plasma screen, and the latest in audio/visual equipment. 

The community's two swimming pools were also remodeled to reflect a resort-style ambiance with more inviting designs, built-in spa, beautiful decks and entertainment areas, such as a Gazebo with multiple barbeques.

A perfect harbor for boaters, The Yacht Club offers 46 slips with direct ocean access through the nearby Boynton Beach Inlet.  Boat lifts are also available.

In addition to its prime waterfront location, The Yacht Club is centrally located in Palm Beach County offering easy access to the Interstate, Florida Turnpike, and Palm Beach International Airport. A short drive leads to entertainment and recreation areas such as the eclectic downtown district of Delray Beach, the live theater and gourmet markets of Manalapan, and CityPlace in downtown/span> West Palm Beach. Also, within minutes is The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, The Norton Museum of Art, and the legendary island of Palm Beach with its elegant shopping along Worth Avenue.
